How To:
-Look at the very last digit of your number.
-Is it greater or less than "5"?
-If it is a 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4: round DOWN to "0".
-If it is a 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9: round UP to the next tens place ending in "0".
For example: "52" would round DOWN to "50"
"58" would round UP to "60"
